FIG. 1 is a front view of the measuring instrument face with surface ornamentation showing a first embodiment of my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is a front view a second embodiment thereof where the rear perspective view is identical to that of FIG. 2.

The circular broken line immediately adjacent the surface ornamentation showing the edge of the face of the measuring instrument is included for the purpose of illustrating portions of the article; the remaining broken lines showing the remainder of the measuring instrument are included for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure; all broken lines form no part of the claimed design.
