A fifth embodiment is also claimed that is the same as the first embodiment, except that the lower prism-shaped body is tiltable relative to the upper prism-shaped body between the position shown in the first embodiment and the position shown in the third embodiment.

A sixth embodiment is also claimed that is the same as the second embodiment, except that the lower prism-shaped body is tiltable relative to the upper prism-shaped body between the position shown in the second embodiment and the position shown in the third embodiment.

A seventh embodiment is also claimed that is the same as the first embodiment, except that the lower prism-shaped body is rotated relative to the upper prism-shaped body about the longitudinal axis of the upper prism-shaped body at an angle of 15 degrees.

An eighth embodiment is also claimed that is the same as the first embodiment, except that the lower prism-shaped body is rotated relative to the upper prism-shaped body about the longitudinal axis of the upper prism-shaped body at an angle of 30 degrees.

A ninth embodiment is also claimed that is the same as the first embodiment, except that the lower prism-shaped body is rotated relative to the upper prism-shaped body about the longitudinal axis of the upper prism-shaped body at an angle of 45 degrees.

A tenth embodiment is also claimed that is the same as the first embodiment, except that the lower prism-shaped body is rotated relative to the upper prism-shaped body about the longitudinal axis of the upper prism-shaped body at an angle of 60 degrees.

An eleventh embodiment is also claimed that is the same as the first embodiment, except that the lower prism-shaped body is rotated relative to the upper prism-shaped body about the longitudinal axis of the upper prism-shaped body at an angle of 75 degrees.

A twelfth embodiment is also claimed that is the same as the second embodiment, except that the lower prism-shaped body is rotated relative to the upper prism-shaped body about the longitudinal axis of the upper prism-shaped body at an angle of 15 degrees.

A thirteenth embodiment is also claimed that is the same as the second embodiment, except that the lower prism-shaped body is rotated relative to the upper prism-shaped body about the longitudinal axis of the upper prism-shaped body at an angle of 30 degrees.

A fourteenth embodiment is also claimed that is the same as the second embodiment, except that the lower prism-shaped body is rotated relative to the upper prism-shaped body about the longitudinal axis of the upper prism-shaped body at an angle of 45 degrees.

A fifteenth embodiment is also claimed that is the same as the second embodiment, except that the lower prism-shaped body is rotated relative to the upper prism-shaped body about the longitudinal axis of the upper prism-shaped body at an angle of 60 degrees.

A sixteenth embodiment is also claimed that is the same as the second embodiment, except that the lower prism-shaped body is rotated relative to the upper prism-shaped body about the longitudinal axis of the upper prism-shaped body at an angle of 75 degrees.

A seventeenth embodiment is also claimed that is the same as the third embodiment, except that the lower prism-shaped body is rotated relative to the upper prism-shaped body about the longitudinal axis of the upper prism-shaped body at an angle of 15 degrees.

An eighteenth embodiment is also claimed that is the same as the third embodiment, except that the lower prism-shaped body is rotated relative to the upper prism-shaped body about the longitudinal axis of the upper prism-shaped body at an angle of 30 degrees.

A nineteenth embodiment is also claimed that is the same as the third embodiment, except that the lower prism-shaped body is rotated relative to the upper prism-shaped body about the longitudinal axis of the upper prism-shaped body at an angle of 45 degrees.
