I claim the ornamental design for an upper body exerciser, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective front view of an upper body exerciser of my new design.

FIG. 2 is the front view of the upper body exerciser of FIG. 1; the back view of the upper body exerciser is identical to this front view.

FIG. 3 is the right end view of the upper body exerciser of FIG. 1; the left end view of the upper body exerciser is identical to this right end view; and,

FIG. 4 is the top view of the upper body exerciser of FIG. 1; the bottom view of the upper body exerciser is identical to this top view.
