We also disclaim the details shown on the bottom side of the structure such as illustrated in FIG. 2, the teeth-like structures shown around the perimeter of the base as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and the narrower cylindrical portion of the dual-cylinder structure shown positioned above the base such as in FIGS. 2, 3, 5 and 6, and partially in FIG. 1.
