FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The evenly spaced dashed broken lines in the figures illustrate portions of the oral appliance that form no part of the claimed design.

The unevenly spaced dot-dash broken lines in the figures define the boundaries of the claimed design and form no part thereof.
