FIG. 8 is a left side elevational view of the reinforcement binding machine in accordance with our new design; and,

FIG. 9 is a front perspective view of the reinforcement binding machine in accordance with our new design showing when a rechargeable battery is attached to the reinforcement binding machine.

The broken line showing of environment structures in the drawings forms no part of the claimed design.

The drawings include gray-scale shading which represents contour, not surface ornamentation or any particular color. The cover covering the rear side of the top of the reinforcement binding machine is transparent as shown in the drawings.
