I claim the ornamental design for a form-fitting hat with contoured brim, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the claimed design.

FIG. 2 is a left-side elevation view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a right-side elevation view thereof.

FIG. 4 is a front elevation view thereof.

FIG. 5 is a rear elevation view thereof.

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof.

The broken lines that illustrate the text outline on the front of the brim, the seams, and the mesh areas on the crown depict portions and features of the form-fitting hat with contoured brim that form no part of the claimed design. Any cross-hatching or stippling visible on the claimed surfaces of the form-fitting hat with contoured brim do not depict any type of surface appearance or material.
