FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof taken from the left side of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The broken lines in FIGS. 1-3 illustrate portions of the rotary cutting tool and form no part of the claimed design.
