FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken lines in FIG. 1 depict the environmental structure of a person with a ponytail included to illustrate how the twist knitted ponytail hat with a visor may be worn and form no part of the claimed design. In FIG. 6 the broken line encircling the interior of the article and the unshaded surface area adjacent to the solid line center opening depict portions of the twist knitted ponytail hat with a visor that form no part of the claimed design.
