Description

This application relates to the subject matter of a design patent application identified by application Ser. No. 29/619,168, titled “Display Screen or Portion Thereof with Graphical User Interface” and filed on the same day as the instant application, and a design patent application identified by application Ser. No. 29/619,170, titled “Display Screen or Portion Thereof with Animated Graphical User Interface” and filed on the same day as the instant application.

FIG. 1 is a first image in a first embodiment of a display screen or portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface;

FIG. 2 is a second image in the first embodiment;

FIG. 3 is a third image in the first embodiment;

FIG. 4 is a first image in a second embodiment of a display screen or portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface;

FIG. 5 is a second image in the second embodiment; and,

FIG. 6 is a third image in the second embodiment.

In each Figure, the broken line showing of the display screen or portion thereof and portions of the graphical user interface illustrate the environment of the claimed design and form no part thereof.

The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-3 and 4-6. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.
