FIG. 5 is a side view thereof showing the side opposite that shown in FIG. 4;

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a back view thereof.

The broken lines shown in the drawings are for purposes of illustrating the boundaries of the claimed portions as well as unclaimed portions and unclaimed features of the portrait public view monitor.

We claim the ornamental design for a portrait public view monitor, as shown and described.
