More generally, the invention pertains to an ornamental design for an article of manufacture. As indicated in the title, the article of manufacture to which the ornamental design has been applied is a combined blanket and pillow, a pillow, or a blanket.

The broken line, shown adjacent to the claimed subject matter in FIGS. 6-12, indicates a boundary which forms no part of the claimed design. Other broken lines depict portions of the combined blanket and pillow which form no part of the claimed design. The shadings show contours, surfaces, or recesses of the present invention.

I claim the ornamental design for a combined blanket and pillow, substantially as shown and described.
