The ornamental design for an eyeglass sleeve and temple arm, as shown and described.

The FIGURE is a top right rear perspective view of a temple arm and sleeve of my design on a pair of eyeglasses, the opposite top left rear perspective view of the same temple arm and sleeve being a mirror image thereof.

The broken lines in the FIGURE represent environmental structure for a pair of eyeglasses.
