FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the hand-held vacuum cleaner in a configuration of use showing a cover attached to the lower portion.

The broken lines in the drawings depict portions of the hand-held vacuum cleaner that form no part of the claimed design, including the ribs on the vertical handle and the grooves on the top portion of the vacuum cleaner.
