The ornamental design for a wound dressing, as shown and described.

The present application is a continuation of U.S. application Ser. No. 14/418,098, filed Jan. 30, 2015, entitled “Wound Dressing and Method of Treatment”, the entireties of which are hereby incorporated by reference.
