FIG. 1 is an upper perspective of a handbag electronic device embodying my design, showing the device mounted on a handbag;

FIG. 2 is an upper front perspective of the handbag electronic device shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a top view of the handbag electronic device shown in FIGS. 1 and 2;

FIG. 4 is a bottom view of the handbag electronic device shown in FIGS. 1-3;

FIG. 5 is a front elevation of the handbag electronic device shown in FIGS. 1-4; and,

FIG. 6 is a side elevation of the handbag electronic device shown in FIGS. 1-5, with the opposite side elevation being a mirror image thereof.

The broken lines shown in the drawings depict portions of a handbag that forms no part of the claimed design.
