We claim the ornamental design for a lighting fixture in a ceiling tile arrangement, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a lighting fixture in a ceiling tile arrangement according to a first embodiment of the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a lighting fixture in a ceiling tile arrangement according to a second embodiment of the present invention;

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a lighting fixture in a ceiling tile arrangement according to a third embodiment of the present invention; and,
