The ornamental design for a transcutaneous neuromodulation device, substantially as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a transcutaneous neuromodulation device according to our new design, where the device generally comprises a headband for engaging wearer's head and ear hook's to generally align interface components of the device with mastoid locations on the wearer.

FIG. 2 is another perspective view thereof.

FIG. 3 is another perspective view thereof.

FIG. 4 is another perspective view thereof which the headband is shown in expanded form (e.g., to accommodate a larger head of a wearer).

FIG. 5 is another perspective view thereof.

FIG. 6 is another perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is another perspective view thereof.

The features shown in broken lines in various figures are for illustrating portions of the transcutaneous neuromodulation device and form no part of the claimed design.
