FIG. 2 is a front view thereof, the rear view being mirror symmetrical;

FIG. 3 is a right view thereof, the left view being mirror symmetrical; and,

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof, the bottom elevational view being unornamented and thus not shown or claimed.

The broken lines depict portions of the lightbar that form no part of the claimed design.

The separation and bracket indicate, for ease of illustration, that the precise length of the lightbar is not claimed.
