The ornamental design for a hip brace, as shown and described.
FIG. 1 is a a front plan view of the hip brace;
FIG. 2 is a top plan view of a thermal pad, shown removed from the hip brace for clarity of disclosure, which is placed on the rear of the hip brace;
FIG. 3 is a front plan view of the hip brace showing a pump connected;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of the thermal pad mounted on the back of the hip brace;

FIG. 9 is a pump that is attached to the front side of the hip brace. Note, the top belt, the bottom belt and the pump are functional elements of the hip brace and are not being claimed as ornamental features of the hip brace. Also, the bottom plan view of the operating pad has the strap receivers folded under the operating pad, the strap receivers are also functional elements of the hip brace. The broken lines shown in FIGS. 1- 9 are not claimed as a feature of the present invention.
