FIG. 2 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a front view of the envelope sleeve of FIGS. 1 to 6, but wherein the envelope sleeve is in an open or unfolded configuration;

FIG. 8 is a left view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a rear view thereof;
