The broken line and arrows found in FIG. 3 is included for the purpose of illustrating the source of the cross-sectional view, and forms no part of the claimed design. The dot-dash broken circles found in FIGS. 9 and 11 are included for the purpose of the illustrating the enlarged partial cross-sectional view in FIG. 11, and form no part of the claimed design.
