FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a scoop, holder and base combination showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevation view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of FIG. 1, the only difference being the configuration of the holder, scoop and base tie strap, it being understood that all other surfaces are the same as those of the first embodiment;

FIG. 6 is a right-side elevation view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a left-side elevation view of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 8 is a rear perspective view of FIG. 5.

The broken lines are included to show portions of the scoop, holder and base and form no part of the claimed design.
