Furthermore, the dashed or broken lines in FIGS. 1-3 and 5-7 illustrate a belt-like fastener portion that forms no part of the claimed design. The dashed or broken lines in FIG. 4 show a zipper portion extending from the bottom of, and up to approximately half-way up the high boot portion, and the zipper does not form a part of the claimed design. The dashed or broken lines in FIG. 7 form no part of the claimed design.
