FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view in the direction of cut line 4-4 of FIGS. 3; and,

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view in the direction of cut line 5-5 of FIG. 3.

The broken lines and areas illustrating the rear and depth of the article beneath the surface and indentations depict portions of the paper sheet that form no part of the claimed design.
