FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the cigar lighter according to my new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side view of the cigar lighter of FIG. 1, the left side view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front view of the cigar lighter of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a top view of the cigar lighter of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a rear view of the cigar lighter of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 6 is bottom view of the cigar lighter of FIG. 1.

The broken lines in the drawings depict portions of the cigar lighter that form no part of the claimed design.
