We claim the ornamental design for a shopping cart disinfection machine, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view from a first end of a shopping cart disinfection machine.

FIG. 2 is a side view of the system from a first side.

FIG. 3 is a side view of the system from a second side opposite the first side.

FIG. 4 is an end view of the system from a second end opposite the first end.

FIG. 5 is an end view of the system from the first end.
