FIG. 8 is a right side view thereof; and,

FIG. 9 is a cross-section view taken along line 9-9 of FIG. 5.

The broken lines in the figures depict unclaimed portions of the ligating member for an orthodontic bracket only and form no part of the claimed design. The designation of the views as front end, rear end, left side, right side, top, and bottom are for ease of discussion only and are not intended to limit the ligating member for an orthodontic bracket to one particular orientation. The ligating member for an orthodontic bracket may be oriented in other directions which would alter these designations.
