The ornamental design for a fencing bib, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a plan view of a first embodiment of a fencing bib in accordance with the present invention; and,

FIG. 2 is a plan view of a second embodiment of a fencing bib in accordance with the present invention.

The broken lines in the Figures depict portions of the fencing bib that form no part of the claimed design. The bibs are flat with no ornamentation on the rears thereof.
