We claim the ornamental design for a bottle cap with surface ornamentation, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a top view of a first embodiment of a bottle cap with surface ornamentation showing the new design.

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof, the rear view, right side view, and left side view being identical thereto; and,

FIG. 3 is a top view of a second embodiment of a bottle cap with surface ornamentation showing the new design, the front view, rear view, right side view, and left side view being identical to the bottle cap with surface ornamentation shown in FIG. 2.

The ornamental design which is claimed is shown in solid lines in the drawings. Broken lines, if present in the drawings, are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
