We claim the ornamental design for a handgun frame conversion adapter, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a rear end view of the one ornamental embodiment of the handgun frame conversion adapter;

FIG. 2 is a left side view, and also a right side view, of the one ornamental embodiment of the handgun frame conversion adapter;

FIG. 3 is a front end view of the one ornamental embodiment of the handgun frame conversion adapter;
