The appearance of the transitional graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the first state (FIGS. 1A-1G), the second state (FIGS. 2A-2G), and the third state (FIGS. 3A-3G). The process or period in which one state transitions into another state forms no part of the claimed design.

We claim the ornamental design for an electronic cigarette, as shown and described.
