We claim the ornamental design for a wearable foot garment, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective medial view of our new design as it appears when worn on a left foot of a wearer.

FIG. 2 is a bottom view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a perspective lateral view thereof.

The dot-dot-dash lines, showing the wearer's heel and ankle, are included to illustrate the environment of the design as worn and form no part of the claim.

The dotted lines depict a knit pattern and form no part of the claim.

An end of the forefoot portion of the wearable foot garment tapers from a medial side to a lateral side of the wearable foot garment. Thus, the wearable foot garment shown is for being worn on the left foot of the wearer, and the wearable foot garment for being worn on the right foot of the wearer is a mirror image of the wearable foot garment shown.
