FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a railing for a marine vessel according to our new and ornamental design, the railing being shown mounted on a pontoon boat;

FIG. 2 is an isolated front perspective view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a detail view, taken from FIG. 3; and,

FIG. 6 is a view of section 6-6, taken in FIG. 4.

The broken lines in the drawings illustrate portions of the railing for a marine vessel and pontoon boat that form no part of the claimed design.
