FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view being substantially a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left end view taken along line 4--4 of FIG. 3; and,

FIG. 5 is a right end view taken along line 5--5 of FIG. 3.
