I claim the ornamental design for a plumbing fitting, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a right, top, front perspective view of a plumbing fitting according to an embodiment of my new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view thereof being a mirror image of the front view shown;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken lines in the drawings are for purposes of illustrating portions of the plumbing fitting that form no part of the claimed design.

The broken away symbols in the drawings indicate the appearance of any portion of the article between the break lines forms no part of the claimed design.
