I claim, the ornamental design for a large lift-up with cover, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the large lift-up with cover, the opposite perspective view being a mirror image;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view; and,

FIG. 3 is a top plan view. The rear surface is flat and unornamented. The broken lines are shown for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
