I claim, the ornamental design for large lift-up with cover, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a large lift-up with cover, according to my design; the opposite perspective view is a mirror image;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side elevational view is a mirror image; and,

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof.
