FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an expanding file and tote box illustrating my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof, it being understood that the undisclosed right side elevational view is a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is another perspective view thereof showing the expanding file and tote box in an open condition;

FIG. 8 is a left side elevational view of the expanding file and tote box in the condition shown in FIG. 7;

FIG. 9 is a perspective view of an alternative embodiment of an expanding file and tote box showing my new design, it being understood that this embodiment appears as shown in drawing FIGS. 1 through 6 from the vantage points described in the descriptions of those drawing figures; and,

FIG. 10 is a perspective view of still another alternative embodiment of an expanding file and tote box showing my new design, it being understood that this embodiment appears as shown in drawing FIGS. 1 through 6 from the vantage points described in the descriptions of those drawing figures.

I claim the ornamental design for an expanding file and tote box, as shown and described.
