The ornamental design for a toy block, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is an isometric view of a toy block showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view being identical; and,

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, the view being substantially identical from all sides.

The patterns (of stars and moons) shown in stippled lines are for the purposes of illustrating the application of graphics or a composite image to wavelike surfaces of the toy block, but do not form part of the claimed design.
