The ornamental design for a frame molding, as shown and described.

The FIGURE is a perspective view of a length of frame molding embodying my novel design. The left edge is shown broken-off to indicate indeterminate length. The characteristic feature of the design resides in the ornamental configuration of the outwardly facing surfaces.
