FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view of the fence rail of FIG. 1.

The relative directional references to left, right, front, rear, top, and bottom relate to the orientation of the fence rail as it is depicted in FIG. 1, it being understood that the fence rail could be otherwise oriented.
