FIG. 4 is a cross sectional view of FIG. 1 along line 4--4 thereof.

FIG. 5 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a presceptive view from the right side thereof;

FIG. 7 is an end view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom view of an insole for the right foot, the other views all being mirror images of those of the left foot.
