The ornamental design for an insole bottom design, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a bottom view of an insole showing the new design for use with the left foot;

FIG. 2 is a cross section view of FIG. 1 along line 2—2; and,

FIG. 3 is a bottom view of an insole for the right foot, the other views all being mirror images of those of the left foot.
