I claim the ornamental design for a candle warmer, as shown and described.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a candle warmer showing the ornamental features thereof. The graphic elements and the candle, both of which are shown in phantom outline, are optional and do not form a part of the design claimed herein.
FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of the candle warmer of FIG. 1, it being understood that the side and rear elevational views are substantially similar.

FIG. 4 is a top view of the candle warmer of FIG. 1.
