The ornamental design for a vessel for a candle, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a vessel for a candle, illustrating our new design;

The short-dashed broken lines in the central cavity of the vessel indicate environmental structure—the candle wax and wicks—that forms no part of the claimed design, while all other broken lines indicate the bounds of the claimed design and form no part thereof.
