Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an intravenous site securement device for catheters embodying our design, with the catheter, the adhesive strip for securing the device to the patient, the posts and frusto-spherical head ends of the platform connectors, the corresponding circular through-holes in the retainer for coupling to the platform, and the reinforcement and grasping ribs provided on the pull-tabs of the retainer being shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the device similar to FIG. 1, but illustrating the retainer being partly decoupled from the platform;

FIG. 3 is an end elevation view of the device as depicted in FIG. 2,

FIG. 4 is a top elevation view of the device as depicted in FIGS. 2 and 3;

FIG. 5 is an end elevation view of the device opposite that shown in FIG. 3; and,

FIG. 6 is a side elevation view of the device as depicted in FIGS. 2–5, with the opposite side elevation view being a mirror image thereof.
