Description

The present application also claims priority under 35 U.S.C. § 120 to co-pending Patent Cooperation Treaty (“PCT”) application Ser. No. PCT/US08/88656, entitled “Adjustable Shape Earphone,” filed Dec. 31, 2008, the entire disclosure of which is incorporated by reference herein.

FIG. 1 is a left perspective view of an earphone dial showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side view thereof, with the right side being a mirror image;

FIG. 5 is a top view thereof; and,
