The ornamental design for an antenna pattern for a semi conductive substrate carrier, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a top, front, left side perspective view of an antenna pattern for a semiconductive substrate carrier showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top, rear, right side perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof.

The square broken line showing a platform portion of a semiconductive substrate carrier in FIGS. 1 through 3 is included for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and forms no part of the claimed design.

The claim is directed to only the solid lines that form the antenna pattern and not the surrounding surface area.
